Elizabeth Taylor's granddaughter Naomi looks like the exact 'reincarnation' of her iconic granny

Although she was an icon back in the day, to her grandchild, she was just her “granny.”

Naomi deLuce Wilding had an interview with Glamour in 2014, where she opened up about her mega-famous grandmother, Elizabeth Taylor.

During the peak of her career, Taylor was sought by many as the most beautiful woman in the world.

Naomi, who is a fashion stylist, is one of Taylor’s ten grandchildren. She claimed that Taylor was her biggest inspiration in life and Taylor was the person who encouraged her to set goals and ambitions for herself.

She told the publication that Taylor gave her the boost of confidence she needed. She added, “She made me feel like I could do anything.”

In the past, Naomi had lived with Taylor for three years in the famous actress’ home in Los Angeles.

Talking about Taylor’s well-flourished career, Naomi said to Glamour that she doesn’t see her grandmother as a big movie star. For her, Taylor was just her beloved grandmother.

"We were very close, and she had a strong influence on my life. She convinced me to move to Los Angeles. She introduced me to [writer] Ingrid Sischy, who suggested I try fashion styling."

Naomi is the daughter of Michael Howard Wilding, who is the eldest son of Taylor and her second husband, Michael Wilding. They shared two children together.

Throughout her lifetime, Taylor had been married seven times with seven different people.

Later on, Naomi shared that she was left with great memories of her grandmother following her passing due to congestive heart failure.

Taylor passed away on March 23, 2011, at the age of 79.

Even though Naomi and her younger sister, Laela, were raised in Wales, they still took the time to visit Taylor in California at least twice a year.

Naomi described that living with her grandmother as a child was like a fairytale.
